Looking for an intense week of training? Come and workout hard with Good to Great’s coaches and players! Come alone or bring your coach! A typical week runs from Monday to Saturday.

Included in the Weekly Program:

  • Tennis: Monday – Friday 2 sessions per day and Saturday one 2 hour session
  • Group fitness training with different pre planned topics (strength, cardio, agility, mobility, recovery etc) Monday-Saturday
  • Feedback from the coach before and after the visit
  • Medical support and rehab
  • Gym: Access to our Performance Center
  • Possibility to travel with Good to Great to competitions.
  • Possibility to upgrade the fitness to individual sessions with our athletic team (book in advance)

Price: €1200 per week.

Optional:
  • Accommodation (shared double room)
  • Full board
