Marterer to play Nakashima in the final
Second seed Maximilan Marterer of Germany, was determined to play the final on Sunday and showed that on court dismissing third seed Italian Flavio Cobolli in straight set 6-2 6-0. Marterer was very pleased with his game and will face eight seed American Brandon Nakashima in the final on Sunday.
Nakashima outmanoeuvered 18 year-old Belgian Alexander Blockx in todays second semi-final on center court. Blockx, who was playing his first main draw in Challanger advancing from the qualifying, did not have the same energy on court today as previous days and Nakashima took advantage of that and forced the Belgian to play deep behind the base line. 6-1 6-2 in 63 minutes.
